About
Who builds it
I'm Raphael Ballet. I've been working with AI and machine learning for over 8 years, building recommendation, search, and ranking systems that serve millions of users.
I worked on Instagram recommendations at Meta, drove $10M+ in business value at Expedia Group, and built products and systems at startups like Loggi, Elo7, and Pipo. I move well between model and product because I've been on both sides.
I founded Dipolo because I saw too many good startups stall between the idea and real results. The need is there, the potential too, but what's missing is the experience to get it running without wasted cycles. That's what I do.
